Hindenburg 101: Audio-Editing for Beginners
Yes, you do have what it takes to make an episode with the SpokenWeb Podcast!
If you’ve considered producing a podcast episode with SpokenWeb but were daunted by the technical aspects of working in audio, then this workshop is for you! Join me, Miranda Eastwood (current sound designer on the podcast) and a group of curious academics as we walk through the basics of editing audio in Hindenburg, SpokenWeb’s software of choice for collaborating on episodes. We’ll watch a how-to video, practice a short exercise together, and answer any lingering questions you have at the end of the workshop, all via Zoom.

After you've registered, please download Hindenburg's 30-day free trial for the Hindenburg Lite + Pro (which you can find here: https://hindenburg.com/academy/trial/) prior to the session. We'll be in touch in the lead-up to the event to remind you to download Hindenburg, and to provide access to some extra materials you'll need for the workshop exercise.
